Louise Pope - Director Louise has accumulated over 10 years of recruitment experience in the UK and Australia. After successfully managing teams for one of the world's largest finance recruiters, Louise transferred to the Sydney office in April 1999 to launch the Australian operations. Louise was responsible for achieving growth objectives in Sydney & Parramatta, including supervising the launch of other divisions.
Carol Griffin – Senior Consultant
Permanent Placements Before entering recruitment Carol spent several years in Human Resources. Carol has over 10 years experience with an international recruitment firm, she has a considerable track record working for clients within the blue chip commercial arena and SME’s. Carol joined Crimson Consulting to consolidate her experience within the Australian market, recruiting within the areas of finance and accounting. Emma Naylor - Consultant Permanent Placements Having joined Crimson Consulting to develop the finance and accounting division, Emma's areas of specialistion include support staff through to senior management, taking an active involvement throughout the lifecycle of the assignment. Emma believes the brief is not complete until the assignment is successfully placed. Prior to joining Crimson Consulting Emma spent over 5 years in accountancy. Alessio De Giosa – Consultant Permanent Placements Before entering recruitment, Alessio spent several years training and sailing competitively at an international level. Whilst looking for a sales role Alessio quickly discovered that recruitment is really the ultimate ‘people business’. He has developed an extensive network over the years locally and internationally and believes his success has come from dealing with people as individuals rather than as ‘clients’ or ‘candidates’. Belinda Paris – Manager Temporary Placements Before entering recruitment Belinda spent several years in human resources and training. Belinda brings with her over 7 years experience managing successful teams within the executive finance & accounting recruitment arena. Ben Falloon – Consultant Temporary Placements New to the recruitment industry, Ben has displayed a tenacity and commitment to both his candidates and clients. He differentiates himself by committing to the delivering of quality service and endeavors to go beyond the call of duty. Ben has joined Crimson Consulting to continue to build on our success in the temporary services division. Lenu Lukose – Consultant Temporary Placements Lenu has experience in a wide variety of sales and finance roles. He brings a mixed skill set and the desire to help both candidates and clients find the perfect fit for their job or job search. His sense of humour and persistence has seen him achieve great results in a short period.
